Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return process works.

What You Can Return

  • Return Window: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Please make sure the items are unused and in their original condition with packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: Sorry, sale items and custom products can’t be returned.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty when it arrives.

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, let us know right away with a photo, and we’ll take care of the return or exchange at no extra cost to you.

Australia Only

  • Local Returns: We currently only accept returns within Australia. Unfortunately, we don’t accept international returns at this time.

How to Return

  1. Get in Touch: Send us an email at ciao@fruitdealers.co with your order number and why you want to return the item.

  2. Return Instructions: We’ll send you all the details for sending your item back.

  3. Send It Back: Use a trackable shipping method to send your return, and make sure it’s packed well to avoid damage during the journey.

  4. Refund: Once we get your return and confirm everything’s good to go, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
